Editor in Chief of ZEITmagazin - one of Europe’s leading media brands
Christoph Amend, born in 1974, is the Editor in Chief of ZEITmagazin and publisher of the art magazines “Weltkunst” and “Kunst und Auktionen”, both part of ZEIT-Kunstverlag.
He was the editor of the Sunday supplement of Berlin’s daily “Der Tagesspiegel” and deputy editor of the “Süddeutsche Zeitung jetzt-Magazin”. For his book “Morgen tanzt die ganze Welt” (“Tomorrow The Whole World Will Dance”) he won the Hermann Hesse Junior book award.
He also published “Die Grünen – Das Buch” (“The Green Party – The Book”) and “Ein Jahr – Ein Leben“ („One Year – One Life“) together with the actress Iris Berben.
